- Room 1: A large double or twin room with a private terrace on the ground level
- Room 3: A large double or twin room with a private terrace facing the Mekong River on the ground level
- Room 15: A large double or twin room with a private balcony on the second floor, providing a beautiful panoramic view
- Private Suites constitute two adjoining rooms with a private entrance, or one room and adjoining lounge with a private entrance. (For example, Rooms 6 & 7 can be joined to make such a Private Suite, as can Rooms 8 & 9, and Rooms 14 & 15.)
- Family Suites constitute two rooms and a lounge, with a private entrance. (For example, Rooms 8, 9 & 10 can be joined to make a Family Suite, as can Rooms 5, 6 & 7.)
